The collection consists of the records of the office of the Vermont Quartermaster General, George Davis, c. 1859-1963, including order books, memoranda books, purchase lists, expenses, and other financial records and ledgers, and official correspondence. There are also family correspondence and financial papers of the George Davis family, 1849-1932.
