Collection contains the organization records of the V.A.A.S. including: Correspondence, grant records, meeting agendas and minutes, committee reports, conference proceedings, student symposia papers, newsletters and news releases, membership development, fellows letters and records, presidents' notebooks, scrapbooks, trustees reports, annual reports, publications, financial records, travels and events records, and other records documenting the organizational and outreach functions of the academy during its existence.
