Biographical Note
Dean Corrigan is Professor and Dean Emeritus and First Holder of the Harrington Endowed Chair in Educational Leadership at Texas A&M University. Before Texas A&M he was Dean of the College of Education at the University of Maryland, and served as Dean of the College of Education and Social Services at the University of Vermont from 1968-1979. He has had experience as a teacher and principal and also worked in the US Department of Education Bureau of Personnel Development. His vita lists over 100 publications and presentations. For ten years he co-chaired the National Commission on Leadership in Interprofessional Education and Practice initiated by former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop and sponsored by the US Bureau of Maternal and Child Health.
